Attaching .pdf files ?

Can anyone explain how to attach a .pdf or an .xls file to a post. Jack, you did it in Planting Schedules. I tried and my files would not get accepted.

This is a phpBB forum limitation to guard against hacking vulnerabilities which can be embedded in certain file types.
Two solutions:
1. Best Option: Zip the file so it has a .zip extension, then you'll be able to upload it if it is under 450k
2. Fallback Option: Email the file to localharvestgardening -- at -- gmail.com and I'll manually upload it to the server and will reply to you with the hyperlink.
