Well I finally managed to get my Lisianthus seeds sown. I am going to try three colours this spring. Apricot, red and pink. I am adding about 300' of tubers and bulbs as well as a big patch of cut flowers. I am uping my game at the Farm market this year, I will be adding bouquets. People will buy what they don't need. I have been watching the other produce stalls at our Saturday market, they are not selling a big variety of veg anymore. People just seem to want the basics in regards to veg.
My focus this year will be salad bags, Microgreens and flowers.
I am also adding a large sunflower bed, I love these guys. Mostly growing the pro cut variety.
I am still growing all the other good stuff to feed our family, root veg and such. Planting 50 raspberry canes this spring as well.
The less time spent in the shops the better.
