Bokashi composting is an anaerobic process that converts food wastes into an amazing soil amendment.

Hi there I'm still new to gardening, this is my 3rd season, I started doing compost teas last year and this year I started a bokashi compost bin. I filled a 5gal bucket layering bran from Andrew and let it do its thing sealed for 3 weeks, I drained off the liquid every few days and watered it into some plants and bushes we have year round. Last weekend I finally had time to dig two trenches and get it buried in one of my beds and start another round of compost.
