Andrew,
Re: Your bakoshi bran product that you sell.
How much bran to use for the 5 gallon bucket set-up?
What would your instruction be to use your bran?
How many buckets would that bag process?

Hello,

We recommend a few tablespoons per layer resulting in approximately half to 1 cup of bokashi per 5 gallon pail.

Instructions: add food to bucket in layers, in between layers (think lasagna) sprinkle the bokashi inoculant.

The. number of buckets is around 8 or so. It can be stretched out farther if you use less. Its one of those things that it "depends" on how you use it. Enjoy!
