Buckets?

Hello,

I am thinking the Bokashi system (in the white buckets) would be amazing to use in my Culinary classes at school.

Where can I purchase those buckets, the screw on lids, the air seal, and the bag of lactic acid bran?

My mind is still blown that I can put bones and dairy in there.
