So the sunchokes that I bought last week at Local Harvest - I can store and put them in the ground this spring and they will grow? Any specific storage instructions?

Jerusalem Artichoke
We just tried Jerusalem Artichoke for the first time after seeing them on the shelves last week at Local Harvest Market. They are yummy! We want to try to grow our own.
