How long have you had the bin? How many worms were introduced? Is it a Hungry Bin? where are you located, I'm not a pro but I've kept mine thriving for a year so maybe I could help troubleshoot?

That to me seems a bit on the low side. When I last asked Andrew about this he reminded me that it is a flow-through system so quite difficult to make it TOO wet and also that worms like it quite wet so he had me watering my bin more often.
