I've been drying some marigold seeds from the garden
and am wondering if I have to go thru them and remove all the petal parts before I store them? Thanks! Lana

As long as everything is good and dry you will be fine Lana, to have some petals mixed in. I am remembering the old icecream pail of seeds in my grandfather's workshop, he haversted the entire finished flower and dried them in the sun before storing them in his shop. In spring when it was time to sow, he broke them apart with his fingers and sowed directly in place along the edges of his garden.
